Have used before and had excellent quality but unfortunately this order was disappointing. The flowers were already dying and upon unwrapping the outer paper the water bulb had leaked and spilt water on the recipient. The recipient called the florist to express their disappointment but no offer to replace or make right was offered. Will no longer be using

Bought flowers for my sister's 70th birthday and needed to find a delivery service close to were she lives in Llandrindod Wells and go to flowers did not disappoint,I appreciated the fact that I could choose how much I wanted to pay being a pensioner and she was very pleased with the arrangement and how long they lasted
